How many bikes is too many bikes? Have you just got your trusty all-rounder that's capable of everything, something like a CBR600F? Or do you keep an everyday bike and a trackday tool? Or is more always better; have you a bigger fleet?

Motorcycle fleet

Mine consisted of a 2005 FZS1000 for fun and a 1998 VFR800fi that I used for touring.  As my girlfriend will be touring with me this summer the VFR has been replaced with a new BMW R1200RT.  (I would love to have kept all three but I couldn't fit them all in my garage!)

When is too many bikes too many ???

I have 2 bikes at present a 2000 Sprint RS perfect for sports touring and those longer rideouts... and then I have a 97 ZX6R (my 3rd one) for those moments of pure unadulterated madness... though I am spoiled here in Austria as I have 3 decent tracks within 2 hours... and then there is the mountains!!! Need to look into a 3rd bike for buzzing round town...

I like a threesome :)

- fjr1300 (2012) for hauling around a load of camping/ trecking equipment & the misses

- gxr600 (2011) for the sheer hell of it for myself only

- RD350LC-ypvs (1989)  to tinker around with, and remind myself about how bikes used to be back in the day.

Tough to say which is "best" all round.   All totally different.

Scooter

How can anyone not own at least one scooter?

I will be up to five bikes, if Honda decides to import the Forza 300i.

Piglet - scooters

Dude - having a scooter is like having a fat girlfriend, c'mon, we all know that.  Might be fun to ride, but you don't like to talk about it or have your mates see you with it.
