Controlling Phone

Hi all,

Just wondering the best way to control my iphone while riding, I hate the idea of mounting it and having to press buttons to change tracks and answer calls etc.

Is there an app I an use to control my iphone with voice commands?

Also, can you get a helmet with speakers and a microphone built-in that will connect via bluetooth to my phone?

I dont want to talk on the phone so much but would be great to control my music this way.

Thanks in advance

Why not just listen to the music of the bikes engine and then mess with the phone when you stop.

There's no way you want to be messing around with a phone while riding.  I have mine connected to an Interphone Bluetooth headset which works well and allows me to receive calls as it auto answers (You can also reject calls using voice commands) but there is no way I would have it mounted on the bars or start making calls while riding.

Totally agree, don't want to be fiddling with it at all but was hoping for a good way to answer/reject calls with just a voice command.

I'll look into the bluetooth headsets.

thanks

Put your phone in your pocket and forget about it mate !!!!!, the last thing you need are any stupid distractions when riding, particularly if your a newish rider! which appears to be the case reading your other post. Concentrate on the road and your surroundings, no call or text can be that important that you cant stop somewhere safe to answer it, read it or call someone back !!!:smile
