And white pudding........

Who eats it raw?

Tried it today and it was well nice.. Googled it afterwards to see if it was safe and got conflicting reports... But I'm still alive so........

burys famous black pudding, served in paper, steamed and various toppings fer a quid, even if the thought of the ingredients make you feel a bit queezy they are utterly delicious, white pudding is also delicious when fried, not too sure about having it raw though, rich yer an adopted northener now.

Well....

Thats one for each so far then...

As far as I can tell its already cooked (boiled in its skin) when you get it! When you cook it at home you are just reheating it..

Fkk knows, tasted good either way.. :smile
