I think it's free all the time now. I watched a program on Alba T.V. the other week about the bridge to Skye....apparently because it was going to cost just shy of 25 million to build it the Council did a P.F.I. with it...the private firm made their money back in no time with tolls and now the council has been forced to buy it back at a cost of 76 million,which the builders reckon they would have made from it in the next 5 years......P.F.I. it's a one way street paved with gold for private contractors.:mad:
