Commuter Jacket? Does it exist?

I recently own a scooter and only commute 15 min to work each day where I want "some" abrasion resistant for this kind of speed.

Ideally I want a jacket that is multi purpose for cyclingas well as general use, but I find it incredibly difficult to find one.

Require features:
- Textile (not leather due to weight)
- Reflective Piping
- Hand Pocket
- Hood
- Water Resistant (not water proof)
- Winter/ summer use (removable liner)
- Adjustable sleeve
- Good Abrasion Resistance (What Denier rating class as Abrasion Resistance anyway?)

Frank Thomas XTI 2 Aquatec looks really good with it reflective piping at the back (but without pocket & hood).
The closest one I could find is Fieldsheer Super Sport 2.0 AND Rev'it Bastille, I cannot think of why Rev'it jacket cost more when it has lower abrasion rating (is it good enough for scooter use)?

Any opinion into these 3 brands and any other jacket you know that meet my requirement?

Fieldsheer Super Sport 2.0:

Rev'it Bastille
