That would be a REALLY interesting season.

How interesting would it be if MotoGP had a XXX Cup support race open to all MotoGP competitors. No facking around, you're given a random bike, one practice session. First past the post.

Only problem, it would be carnage and no-one would survive to race the main event. Ha ha!

Last year. Who was doing full race simulations on new tyres, that btw..the riders voted for? Who's been doing them this year and showing frightening pace at the end of those longer stints?

Lorenzo knows and has learnt, that points make prizes. He's no flash in the pan merchant or one lap wonder. In the 16 races he finished last year he was either 1st or 2nd. 

Honda's season was apparently sabbotaged by Don Ezpeleta with a paltry 4kg weight increase and the introduction of evolution tyres?

They won twice as many races as Yamaha, cruising to the manufacturers title and STILL couldn't beat Lorenzo. Everybody else had to deal with exactly the same situation..which was aimed at making the CRT bikes more competitive. Nobody but Repsol..usually through Stoner, complained.

Lorenzo & Rossi are a formidable partnership for Yamaha..and if they can put past differences behind them, working together as a team to improve what is clearly a weaker package, it could be the same story again 2013 for Honda. Nothing would make me laugh harder.

He doesnt want the season over before it begins ala 2010

Luck is when something random happens by chance to someone's benefit.

You can't make things happen by chance.

But there is no doubt that luck and good fortune play a part in any sport

    There is nothing wrong with Lorenzo's racecraft & Im sure that there are a lot of people on here that will back me up on that statment.Lets hope that we see lots of REAL racecraft this year from lots of riders,thats one thing we both should agree on.

Here we go again dogbert. We will never know how 2010 would have turned out, but stoner crashed out of the championship in 2012 due to pressure.

What stoner said about his Indy crash in 2012 applies equally to rossi's championship ending crash in 2010, "that's racing." Lorenzo stayed on his bike and won both championships, end of story.
