Gloves

not the DannyG thread ! my buffalo leather gloves, 10 years old in May. They look fine on top but turn them over they've rotted, I put it down to my hands squidging about in them with sweat the last 2 hot summers so new ones asap. To top it off I dug out my spares and the RH is gone through also.

Have you got a bit of kit you know is finished but you can't quite bring yourself to throw them/it out ? The Buffalo's are still comfortable but hanging :upset:

I've a feeling

that the backs of my old gloves will be incorporated into a cushion.

I lost my

willy warmer. Forgot it was on when I went for a pee during the night.

Filled up and went like a rocket.

Pee everywhere.

Wet feet.

Phil

I chuckled

I don't know what to do with them, old gloves not willy warmers. It seems such a waste of good leather to just cut them up, I could become one of those hoarders you see on the telly. If I knew the Heartbreak was going to stay open I'd nail them to a wall there so I could look at them wistfully while sinking a pint of Estrella.
