servicing at home duke 125. Which type of oil?

hi im going to service my duke 125 myself...along with a few other things...

im having someone help me do it...

i need fully synthetic 15w 50? Right?

Could i use 10w 40 instead?

Will a litre be enough oil for one oil change?

Is silkolene the best stuff?
