know the risks of riding however it's not too much to expect someone to stop and call an ambulance if they hit you. That few minutes between being hit and someone else finding you could be the difference between life and death quite easily.

The police have done a brilliant job of catching this human vermin, now lets see how our courts and so called "Justice system" sentence him when he's found guilty.  I hope justice is done, but on the basis of past history he'll probably get a slap on the wrist.
