watch your back

they are getting ready for the summer blitz on the boys on bikes, two nice coppers[ish] but at the end of the day these little toys need paying for and we all know how they will generate the payments.

they

were yakking about bikesafe , but at the end of the convoluted chat they admitted they are pursuit vehicles, plain and simple they are a cash generator, and phil ive seen the busa over in east yorkshire even had a matey chat with the clown riding it, cost me thirty quid for the chatthough im pretty certain if i had decided to hit the throttle i would have given him a good run his lines while following me were bloody awful.

vaguely remember

the early ones were a little fragile on the connecting plugs when it rained the water got inside the plugs and rotted the pins away green shite everywhere, i tend to strip most of my bikes looms even the new ones ive had and use vaseline on both sides of the plugs, waterproofing them and keeping them in good shape, the early birds also had a few problems with the aerial wire connectors on the hiss unit rotting and shorting the system out, total ball ache to fix and sourcing bits can be pain as well.

think those marked up

R1/R6/Busas are just a stunt, they don't need 'em, judging by the 'pack' of Beemers hooning it through Nth Wales last year, it was pretty impressive stuff to be fair....
