Bradley Smith hails ‘impressive’ Marc Marquez

Bradley Smith says he has not been surprised to see fellow rookie Marc Marquez make such a fast and seamless transition to MotoGP in 2013. Marquez has made an instant impact on Honda’s factory RC213V and the highlight of an impressive winter testing campaign came when the Spaniard beat teammate Dani Pedrosa, reigning world champion Jorge Lorenzo and Italian icon Valentino...

OH

Dear Nostro. Still in denial. If you look at the stats you will find that he is not the 6th baest rider in the world, he is the 2nd best rider. Oh and that was the 2nd best rider in the history of GP racing. You will have to put new batteries in your mouse  in order to scroll down far enough to find a V8

But hay, all great champions at some point start to slow down and through evolution the younger guys take over. But unlike you Rossi still believes in himself and is prepared to put his reputation on the line and put the fun back into racing, unlike others who run and hide.

I bet you miss the opening MotoGP race this weekend as you be tucked up in bed, knackered from getting up early to watch the Clipsal 500. Enjoy!

fast, out of the box.

All the top riders, in motoGP and not including 500's, have been fast pretty much out of the box. Could Crutchlow be an exception? Could be. Even Crutchlow showed moments of speed. But VR beat him with a Ducati. Smith has shown none of this, yet. Nothing to write home about. But nothing to loose either so harsh words for him are a little too premature.

But about 1.7 seconds from the leader and your own team mate? That's a lot. Even Pol and the two Ducati's are faster.

46. The hidy holes under many rocks are occupied.  gg

Lorenzo to win WC with Rossi 2nd.
