" Yawns ,stretches, scratches"

hello you lot how you all  doing ?

Feels like I've been hibernating this year ,with extra hours at work and cold ,dark days .

But the bikes had a good service and I'm ready for Summer ,so roll on dry roads , blue skies and not wearing three layers of gear on the bike!

Got any plans this year you lot?

Maxie x

Hi Maxi

Good to see you survived winter ..... 'Ready for summer' ?

You bet! Can't wait for winter to end - it's only been going for over 5 month's now ..and still no sign of double digit temps on the horizon up here! We would normally have been riding out for over a month by now......but still waiting.

No special plans for the year - just lots of good Sunday ride-outs including a long run up to the north coast of Scotland for one of them (that will probably involve an overnight stay away).

Hope you and yours are good. :winkie:

Regardless of that I'm planning to pop up to the Highlands for a few nights in a tent next week, that should be brrrill fun!:ph43r:

Hoping to join in on a few of the "meets" with your good self & others.

Also open to suggestions/offers (sensible, clean ones that is!) for visits/rides out:smile

Just need to get MOT on't blade and hope for some dry, clean roads....

Ah well, always next year:wacko::winkie:

so far

this year i've had 3 jaunts out on the bike ( when i say " jaunts " , the furthest i managed was a paltry 30 miles before i turned back home due to the fact that i couldnt tell if i was even holding the bars let alone total loss of feeling in my feet .. so now am waiting for warmer weather before i go on another jaunt .. hoping its warm for the BSB @ thruxton cos will prob go to race day .. heres hoping ???

most of our lot

are the same as you weasel ,just too cold for fun . When you can't pull the clutch/front brake in cos your hands are too cold ,tis a horrible feeling .

We all good here ,SilverFox has got ANOTHER TDM ,so he's happy and even asking about 'Maxie Meets' ! So I may have an escort ,which will be nice .

Rode home in snow yesterday ,not enough to affect the roads but enough to call myself some names for still using the bike :upset:

Wedding

in south Wales next weekend  -  hoping the weather will be OK enough to use the bike (hate getting caught in traffic between Newtown, Aberystwyth and St David's).
