Suzuki

I did forget about them Shawno. A top Brit back on a Suzuki. Would be a good story, and the bike wasn't that far off when they left.

15 kmph Blood?

Welcome back. Not that you've ever been away.

At the first race of 2007? Yes it was. And that advantage was very quickly reigned in by Yamaha and Honda, but in the eyes of every little yellow Oompa Loompa on here that first race advantage was extrapolated over the entire season. Morons.

Yeah it was for a lot more than one race Nostro.

and just to confirm

my earlier comment.

Dovizioso was all smiles, but knows that race pace will be a different matter.

What a surprise.

Blood...

"It was 15 clicks at the first race in Losail over Rossi. That's an advantage some people would sell their soul for."

Stoner did a fastest of 314.1kph in the race at Losail in 2007... Pedrosa did a 308.8... Rossi a 302.4... Olivier Jacque did a 309.2 on a Kwak proving that top speed means nothing... where did you get 15 clicks from? Popular fantasy? You really think anyone would sell their soul for the Kawasaki advantage?

Rocket - 'Geesh dude, if you're not amazed by 344km/h then not much is going to blow your hair back. Its was a simple statement"

Ah, cool... what you meant to say was "how fast are those bikes in a straight line!!???!! because no one is significantly faster than another!!?!?!!"

ARRRRRR

There you are Nostro. Back with the negative comments again i see. But i guess that’s all we can expect from now on as you cannot say anything positive because your fallen Red/Orange umpa-lumpa is off to pastures new.

It’s so funny as you really do believe Rossi had lost it. Yeh right

All you have left is the past to report on from now on.  I guess Wiki will be your new best friend

Hold on a minute Hedgey, just talk us all through how top speed isn't an advantage in motor racing.. Have you seen moneyball with Brad Pitt?? You could change the face of motorsport with that theory!! providing it's correct of ocurse.... Most riders/drivers believe it's better to cruise past on the straights as it's easier, safer and much kinder on the tyres over to you..

Moron central still creaking away I see

Thanks for the correction Hedgy. And by race two in 2007 that amazing speed advantage of Stoner's was up to a mammoth 4 kmph.

Nostro no need to introduce yourself before every comment..... The point is no matter what type of track, and some benefit from a higher top speed more than others he had a fair old speed advantage. Lets face it you only need that advantage at half the tracks and your away.. Of course the fact that his results got worse and worse the closer the other bikes got in pace has absolutely no bearing on it whatsoever.. that'd be too easy..
