Ha

I've had the same from Carol Nash, get a renewal for £220 Then I go on their website & get a quote for £110

I do this every year & give them an ear bashing when they ring me to see if I want to accept it

Now last renewal was for £130 went on their site & their quote was £179 WTF!

They rang me & I told them my renewal was for £130 so whats with the £179 quote the guy said it because all old customers where signing back up as a new customer to get the cheaper rate so we now offer a cheaper  quote to old customers

Don't get me started on this insurance stuff.

I posted recently my experience with the renewal on my Wing.
I saved OVER £600 by shifting.
Insurance, one f----ked up industry.

I look on insurance now only as a legal document so get it as cheap as you can.
Should one need to make a claim they will do everything NOT pay out, they take the excess you have, next year they increase it, you lose your no claims,  It's all one massive RIP-OFF

It's

A game. Always as been. Surprising how many people just pay the renewal price. Same with the AA, every year they send a renewal for £135, every year I ring them and it drops down to £65, with more benefits than I'd get just paying the renewal.
