Valentino Rossi impresses in NASCAR test

Valentino Rossi indulged in his passion for four-wheeled motorsport in America yesterday when the Italian tested Kyle Busch’s NASCAR Toyota Camry at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Fresh from a disappointing sixth place in the inaugural Circuit of the Americas MotoGP race in Texas, Rossi got behind the wheel of the 650bhp NASCAR to put in a series of fast laps around...

If at first..

You'll have to string a proper sentance together with sharper wit, displaying a deeper understanding of the sport and all it's facets before you have even half a chance of getting the hackles up on wosi's mangy old coat son..

You've a way to go yet youngster..back to the drawing board.

Funny

How there's not one word of criticism from the jerks that were ranting at MCN when they dared mention cars in a previous report.

Then again, they won't have seen it seeing as how they'll have crawled back up their own arses following COTA. They've gone very quiet again since Qatar

Different set of rules due to world-wide demand and global popularity Bulto..this is Valentino Rossi we're talking about.

Btw..have you met shit lips?

I see the start of a lasting friendship..plenty to blub about in the miserable club?

Off-road stabalisers could be a good ice-breaker.

Wosi

You beat me to that, was gonna say its because no fucker likes reading about that miserable twat. Why did he have to be such a mardy arse, I really wanted to like him as his riding was amazing but couldn't enjoy it because I disliked him so bloody much.

Have to pass on the chance to meet new friends on the offroad nursery slopes for now Wosi. I removed the stabilisers and posted them off to Lyn Jarvis for Vale as it looked like he needed them the way he was wobbling through that slalom section on Sunday

Sharper wit?

I'm not on here to try and be funny and to shoot people down with everything they say, I was stating my opinion, as everyone else does. So dry your eyes love and move on.

So you say, yet you all still do and still can't resist writing about him either, in whatever context...

Too true Chilli..super talented, but let down by a miserable personality. It's an Australian thing.

Yes Bulto..the old boy was a bit wobbly wasn't he. Still..if CotA & 6th is the low-point..?

Qatar proved Rossi still has a lot to offer. Exciting stuff wasn't it?

PS: Oooh..I love it when you talk butch BBB.

It was Wosi, a good race and the old boy rode his balls off for that podium. No problem giving credit there.

I assume he'll be back in the hunt at Jerez for podium honours but there could be a 5 way scrap for those if Cal carries his form through. Bradl should be in it too but I'm not sure I see a podium in him and would be less surprised if he either fades or bins it.

Let's hope we don't have an over ambitious Ducati playing skittles this time. How ironic if it collected 46 on the way...

Fairplay to you me cock..

Jerez..great track, fantastic crowd. Wet or dry, it usually serves up a feast.

Cal had a very good race there last year and topped testing recently. He'll surely be in the mix?

Can't wait.
