Oil changes.... Funny eh?

Just realised the other day as I was changing the oil in my track bike that I had probably done less than 200 miles on the old oil/filter..

On the road bike I guess it was probably about every 5000 miles......

What made me realise was that I have owned my car for about 5 years.. I've done the best part of 50,000 miles since I bought it and I never changed the oil once yet!!!!

Yes, I do need to do it but what I realized is that I don't give a fuck about my car!!!!

Yeah why not

recycle a bit. Saves you having to ditch the bike oil "in accordance with local regulations" so often.

Waste oil.

We paint it onto our sheds, or like preunit, on the gates and fences.
