Dani Pedrosa responds to Kevin Schwantz criticism

is a typical American, he's trading on one title 20 years ago, and is out of order spouting these comments, but then, who gives a toss what he thinks.

Revved up Kevin?

Kevin Schwanz is one of the all time greats and is entitled to his opinion and arguably does have a point. Would probably be best if he kept it a bit quiet after he has had a few though.

Won nothing in 8 years?

In his 118 races he's been the best of all of the riders on 22 occasions... basically 1 in 5 races he's entered he's won beating the best in the world... & 60% of the time he's been on the podium. He's indesputably one of the best riders in the world.

"without Valentino, the championship is worthless"

So when you were racing your championship & all your wins were worthless... fair enough... knob!

Everything's bigger in Texas, especially self opinion!

Should have retired his mouth instead of his race number - will never understand that one!

What a cock, the least earned championship in the history of the sport, a careless, erratic serial crasher whose reputation somehow morphed into 'spectacular' by those who obviously never saw him race. Also purported to be very bad tempered and a selfish whinger who now licks his own dogs arse to disguise the taste of Carmellos cock!

Oh and 10 points to the person who remembers who his girlfriend jumped ship for? Musta broke that bone too!

you love to quote stats to support your arguments -  however take those below  - you say he's won 22 races out of 118 - great - conversely he's lost 98 races out of 118.  You say that he's won 1 in every 5 races - conversely he's lost 4 out of  every 5 races.

This is not knocking Dani - just stats in general.  I agree completely with you ''He's indesputably one of the best riders in the world.''     Thats why  believe that Dani will not lose his ride with Repsol at the end of the season if he finishes top 3 which barring injury is a pretty safe bet.

pedrosa's responses...

...100% classy.  while i've never really warmed up to him as a spectator of the sport, he's crazy fast -- and alien as proof -- and i definitely respect his accomplishments along with the way he carries himself as world-class.

i generally agree with schwantz, but this time i think he's off-side.

Thats's all pretty obvious but he didn't say he lost lots of races he said he's won nothing, when actually a fair percentage of the time he's been the best & has pretty much always been one of the best.
