The importance of a good helmet!

I thought I would share a few pics of my helmet following a high-side in which the bike hit me in the head. The bike is a GSXR1000 k9 so a good 200kgs+

Just shows the importance of a good helmet!!

Thanks

I am getting there thanks. Ended up with concussion, broken foot, broken collarbone, broken ribs, bruised lungs.

Not bad for saying it was a low speed accident
