Well said Bartman1988  echo's my own thoughts - 9 times world champion 7 in the premier class and at 34 still racing for the love of it.  Nothing to prove he's done it !

He said himself he's trying to prove to himself that he can still win races and can still take another title.

You need to be doing more than racing just for the love of it to justify a factory bike at that level.
