Andrea Dovizioso reflects on forgettable Jerez race

The final standings in Jerez didn’t make pleasant reading for factory Ducati rider Andrea Dovizioso after the Italian struggled to a dismal eighth place. Dovizioso had not expected an easy Spanish MotoGP experience but he had not anticipated the 27-lap race being such a tough affair too as he took the chequered flag a massive 41.8s behind winner Dani Pedrosa’s factory...

Surprised

I think that Rossi said the very same thing when on the Duke and people couldn't get on here fast enough to lambast him for it. This thread has been on here all of a few minutes and nobody has made a comment................ Rossi really is popular, exactly why he deserves a ride!!!!!

Progress being made

Although still some way to go. Dovi only 0.1 secs behind the world nr.6 at the test today.

It looks like Corse are ready to move forward away from the bike that Rossi built.

Positive Vibrations

Jerez testing. For sure, they are overall best lap times. Dovi, top Duc,in and around .2 off Rossi's M1.

Bring back the tyre war and watch the numbers crumble.

When will make Ducati make a recovery let me guess the Italian GP. You just have to feel for any rider who rides that Ducati it would have been humiliating for Dovi had he beaten by a CRT rider. Hats off to Nicky too for a brave ride given that mystery injury.

Maybe you should re-read some of your own more famous 'works' bud. The 'Rossi to Ducati' was a particularly good novel. The first chapter, 'The shape of things to come' was.......................one page long! I write more words in a birthday card to someone that I don't particularly like.

You still rule when it comes to shite bud :)
