Newbie on board

Hi all,Ive had a look around this place the last couple of weeks not sure whether to come in or not as there doesn't seem too many females around and some of it looks a little bit shark infested

But anyway thought Id say hello and give it a go and share my experiences . Currently riding the Big bang R1 but have had blades mostly before.  Not quite gelling the R1 as much but will carry on with it through the summer.  I am quite small so it can be a bit of a wrestle riding it.

I haven't any current photos to put on my registration as most of them were on a previous relationship pc but will try and find some out later depending on welcome.

Riding style is safe but quick so don't look for chicken strips. Any one else riding one ?

Welcome Daisy/ Mike

Shark infested!...Most on here probably haven't got their own teeth, so I think youre quite safe

Anyway I've always wanted an R1, swap you for a vfr400nc30, much easier to wrestle :winkie:

Welcome to the forums Daisy

not been here long myself, but its pretty cool. i like it, avoid feeding the trolls and you'll be ok.

Had an R1 myself until recently, gave up on it and bought a Daytona. best thing i've done for a long time!

Calamityjane

was thinking of going down that road with the viffer sometimes you have to accept that riding the big stuff is not the most suitable bike to ride , but do want the handling to be good as well

Get a Test ride

Triumph are i've found very accomadating with test rides.

All day sir? of course sir, just don't crash

anyways size really isn't everything, and i've found the Daytona to be just as fast as the R1 was, i just have to put in a little more effort, but then easy speed is dull is it not?
