nowt like a bit of sunshine to help you make possibly the last decision on buying a fresh bike, based on being sensible and looking for comfort without going down the route of the goldwing, [ far too heavy for putting up my ramp to the shed] so here she is in all her glory, the gixxer thou idea got binned, just as soon as i got my elderly arse on its plush seat, leave the sports bikes to the younger lads, or the older ones having mid life crises, this is the way to go for me at least.

tis lovely, not a fireblade but now suits what im looking for in a bike, 7 fireblades models since they were launched three of em new ones, and every one of them brilliant though they were they have got smaller and smaller, a few hours out on the new gixxer thou almost swung it for me to go back to the razor sharp handling the sheer adrenalin rush of so much power in such a tiny motor, it was the locking fore arm muscles ,the cramp in the calf muscles and the tingling thumb that switched my attention back to the big retro style bike, its fast all day comfortable,351 miles [monday] and a darn sight better on petrol 201 miles to a tank  without using the need for panicing about running out, now just lets hope we get some firkin sunshine.
