Ducati urged to try radical revamp of Desmosedici

Ducati has been urged to consider a radical revamp of its factory Desmosedici MotoGP contender after Andrea Dovizioso and Nicky Hayden were left completely underwhelmed by a latest test on the Bologna factory’s experimental ‘lab’ bike in Mugello recently. The revised Desmosedici offers barely any improvement on the current GP13 that Dovizioso and Hayden are racing in MotoGP and once again...

Say Wha?

It's really weird, but whilst I was reading this article I experienced a strong feeling of deja vu. I just can't explain it.

It could get alot worse next year

If they don't get there act together, surley getting beat by customer Hondas and funny framed yamahas could be the final straw for this company's pride, a genius like fusurwara or someone needs employing with a load of audis cash to build plenty of parts and bikes quick!

Scrap heap

Ducati should scrap the MOTOGP bike and concentrate on the WSB Panagali.  Other wise both bikes are going to fail. The panagali requires success on the track as this is their flagship road bike. Funny how the best roadbikes are made by the manafactures who arnt involved in MOTOGP. You Have only got to look at the Kawasaki ZX10 or the BMW HP4 to realize that the best way to develop a decent roadbike is not through MOTOGP but through WSB

Same shit, different day..

Last week after the test, Dovizioso didn't agree with what the fk gives?

Dovi was full of his predictably corporate and yes man clichés - it was a good test, he was fast and could have gone faster, there were improvements - and he wanted to race the new bike this weekend.

Now it's all change and the bike needs a radical revamp again? What a headless chicken.

There have been a lot of supposedly well respected people trotting out a big pro-Ducati stance lately, telling us how they have improved and Dovi is the man who's done it, without looking realistically at the situation. It's all wishful thinking.

Rossi and Burgess told these pricks what was wrong and they've had every opportunity to put it right.

It's quite simple really..they haven't got a fkin clue. A bit like the poncy Ducati fanboys who predicted that it was all down to Rossi and things would be better without him there.

Bring back the CF bike Stoner begged for that started the rot, they all wailed. So what if he smashed it to bits 1 in every 3 races towards the end of his tenure, it was still a competitive bike?

Totally fkin deluded and absolutely no credibility.

Marlboro Yamaha next year anyone?

The bike hasn't gotten any better, I mean so far Dovi is doing about the same Job as Rossi, it's just Rossi has been so bad this year that he's making Dovi look amazing lol.

All of the above...

Hang on!

If the bike is no better...

and Dovi is virtually mirroring (or bettering depending how you look at it!) Flo's results...

there's a conclusion to be had there somewhere and even a mentally challenged bonehead like Wosi could figure it out.

C'mon Wosi, spit it out and make Old Bobs day or do you need 'multiple choice' options to help you out?

Sorry Just Be, is it a case of 'great minds think alike' or 'fools beg to differ' ? Either way, can't wait to hear old Wosi's take on the stats.
