Who's been a naughty boy!

Sonic boom Sunday 11:30, in Cambridgeshire. Very loud. Someone's not been following guidelines . Just waiting for the window and roof tile damage claims to go in.

I have no doubt

there'll be an official "national security" reason for it. And who are we to dispute it.

Like the plane escorted to Stansted a couple of years a go. The media assured us it was accompanied by fighter jets all  the time it was in UK air space. Meanwhile, and entirely co-incidentally, a similar aircraft was circling aimlessly over the A1 about 20 miles away. Accompanying fighter jets were so well hidden no-one could see or hear them!

We had this in Plymouth a few years ago

it turned out to be a meteorite breaking the sound barrier as it came down. Splashed down near the Eddystone lighthouse.

Fookin hell..

"Jets from RAF Coningsby were scrambled last month to escort a passenger plane over the UK.

The airliner from Pakistan, heading to Manchester, was diverted to Stansted and two men on board arrested by Essex Police.

The BBC understands the incident was not terror-related."

I saw that!! I was out on me bike and noticed a passenger plane being 'tailed' by a jet. It then made a sharp turn and disappeared into the clouds.. I'd forgotten about it till I read this story.I knew it looked dodgy......

Thought I was seeing things..... :ph43r:
