Valentino Rossi curious and positive in Assen

Curious and positive is how Valentino Rossi arrived in Assen today ahead of arguably the most important weekend for the Italian since he returned to Yamaha’s factory squad in 2013. Tweaks to the front-end set-up of his YZR-M1 machine during test sessions at Catalunya and Motorland Aragon last week have boosted Rossi’s confidence that he can break up the fight for...

Incredibly bad luck for Lorenzo, a collar bone injury is the last thing he needs at this part of the season, just as the momentum was switching back in his favour. Its even more surprising because the last person anyone expects to bin it is JL, he's that consistant.

Bugger...

... that's screwed the championship chase up... things are aligning for Pedrosa which means there'll be another spanner in the works for him soon 'cos he never has this sort of luck.

Get well soon Jorge.

Wish JL a speedy recovery this has made the title chase more interesting I wonder who Yamaha will put on Lorenzo's bike for the upcoming races my guess will be a test rider maybe Nakasuga.

Not necce-celery H5..

..he won it it last year with two dnf's.

Apparently the collarbone has two clean fractures so it'll be plated..Jorge is expected to be back foir the next race in Germany.

It could have been a lot worse. I mean.. if he'd have thrown up in his helmet or something equally nasty and downright debilitating, he'd probably have been out for three races.

Plenty of fish pie for supper mind...mmmm.

yes wosi

and I take it Jorge's crash was due to pressure from his team-mate as well.
