disused pit?

What would you want to build a motor racing circuit in the middle of nowhere for or on a disused mining village, for a start it would cost a fortune in road signs to print two languages in English and sub human plus who the guck except benny would want to go there, leathers made out of wool and and out of control sheep being chased by spectators and benny in his straight jacket and gimp mask; it would be awful
