Day eight of glorious sunshine ! ...it's a miracle :winkie:

So as not to waste any of it Sky and I took a ride up to Stronachlachar at the far end of Loch Katrine ..it's only about 35 miles from Glasgow but it's kind of in the middle of no-where, down a single track road ...but well worth the trip.....

After Aberfoyle the road runs along the edge of Loch Ard..

The home baked Coffee and Walnut cake was the best ever according to Sky ..and well worth the trip alone for. :winkie:

You are looking at Glasgow's water supply ...it is piped 36 miles down to Glasgow from here ...
