Exclusive: Casey Stoner to test factory Honda in Japan

Double world champion Casey Stoner will make a dramatic return to MotoGP action next month when he tests a factory Honda RC213V at the Twin Ring Motegi track in Japan, MCN can reveal. The outspoken but blindingly fast Australian, who retired from MotoGP immediately after the final race of 2012 in Valencia last November, will take part in a two-day test...

As a keen follower of the sport, I never once saw Stoner's leather's covered in spew - just like I didn't with sickly Spies at Mugello last year, it's called 'pulling a fast-one', or fancying a fishing trip. It's just not what 'real men' do.

yeah whatever

I've broken my collarbone twice and although it hurts like heck at the time the pain subsides pretty quickly and after a week even a pussy like me is doing physio. On the other hand, any sort of dizzyness at all gets a rider declared unfit faster than you can say "melandri who?". It was the reason Pedrosa didn't race at Sachsenring.

Stoner wasn't physicly fit to ride GP bikes .

There is a difference between braking bones and suffering from illnesses.......

Remember kiddywinkys

Even stoners own team felt he was suffering more from mental stress than anything else. Nuf sed.

Like 'sickly' Stoner at Ducati, the 'not so brave' Ben was given his marching orders by Yamaha soon after his Mugello, dry-heaving' mince. Factories like Ducati and Yamaha don't seem to go for wimps, and neither do us 'real race fans' - we like our hero's to be 'real men'.

Done deal

A couple of days time. Testing the valve sprung RCV. Would that he could run the Desmo alloy beam Rossi Burgess alongside it and against the pneumatic HRC factory bike. Whistleblower he could be within the context.

Anyway...he's currently just a test rider for HRC within the context of the headline.

Just a 'not very tough or brave' test-rider who now knows his place - he wouldn't dare 'face-up' to young, fearless, Marc Marquez (whose very serious, eye-injury placed his entire career in considerable doubt just a short while ago). Stoner's just a miserable piece of work who, despite his not inconsiderable skill on nothing but the 'very fastest of machines', just doesn't measure-up where it matters - in the 'men's department'.
