Exclusive: Casey Stoner to test factory Honda in Japan

Double world champion Casey Stoner will make a dramatic return to MotoGP action next month when he tests a factory Honda RC213V at the Twin Ring Motegi track in Japan, MCN can reveal. The outspoken but blindingly fast Australian, who retired from MotoGP immediately after the final race of 2012 in Valencia last November, will take part in a two-day test...

'Quitting' - the same as it ever was with the miserable boy who couldn't face the credibility challenge posed by the big, wide-world. Stoner left MotoGP less than a year ago and has been instantly replaced by the charming, unforgettable, Marquez. In full glare, Rossi rises to the challenge posed by the fastest rider in MotoGP history, whilst Stoner is reduced to testing a production bike somewhere in Japan - in between getting his regular slap-down in some hick, tin-top series. The mighty hasn't fallen - he's back at YMC and covering himself in glory, but the weak and feeble have disappeared, and are reduced to pounding out meaningless laps at Motegi.

I always took the "Let's stick together" as a nod to Yamaha.

Fk you Ducati..a bit like Stoner running out of patience?

..and who could blame 'em.

Trailer?..Man up and have a pop at wosi yourself if you feel manly enough, rather than being batiboy's batiboy.

ooh ooh..2nd that.

You sound tired, lazy and lethargic - I do hope you're not coming down with a severe dose of 'Stoner's Syndrome'.

I take it that you're addressing Stoner, but he can't hear you anyway because Nakamoto's got his tongue firmly wedged in, and Casey's becoming distracted again. More Sushi Stoner?
