1993 500GP world champion Kevin Schwantz returned to racing at the weekend when he competed in the Suzuka 8hr and along with his team-mates finished third. At the same time Jeremy McWilliam, also 49, finished second in the Supertwins race at Armoy and set a new class lap record. pollcomment

taught the young pup Micky D a thing in the Senior TT, even i didnt think he had it in him to win the Senior this year when Michael was on the rampage!

 Yanagawa is a propper legend!  Still Nori Haga deserves a mention here. He came third with Kevin and Kagayama at Suzuka 8 hours and was to knackered to even go to the podium. My favorite rider of all time, shame he never rode a Kawasaki.
