i passed my full motorcycle license before i was 21 (and before the new rules passed 25.06.12) so i have a 2 year restriction, i turn 21 before my 2 year restriction ends i have been told this cancels out my restriction as on my license i've got the a license but with the =<25kw, i'm confused on what i need to do, thanks

won't cancel your restriction (it's still 2 years), but you should be eligible for Accelerated Access Scheme - beware that AAS means taking another test (the full-power bike test) (failing it doesn't affect your current licence entitlement).

That's my understanding anyway, though it might be different with the new rules that are in place now.

Is irrelevant, you have already passed and received a two restriction. As you now have to be 24 to take Direct Access there's now't you can do but wait until your restriction time passes
