Does anybody know whether or not it has been confirmed that Suzuki will be allowed to enter using 9 engines for their first year?  Just thinking that if they lend their weight to Aprillias request for a litre or 2 of extra fuel in the first year plus the extra engine allowance it may encourage more manufacturers to take the leap to MSMA status. It may provide a period of false competitiveness in a new entries first year but the fuel limits are getting ridiculous and seem to be the biggest barrier for any new entry to overcome. Imagine how frustrating it must be for riders to line up on a machine that has been effectivly neutered?

It would be very useful to judge themselves against Honda, Yamaha, Ducati and the CRT bunch before they make their return in 2015, just so they know how competitive they will be. Personally, I would like to see Suzuki field two wildcards if they did, obviously Randy de Puniet because he seems to have a good relationship with the factory ever since the end of 2011 when he tested the 800 at Valencia just before they announced they would be taking a break, and maybe one of the slightly younger riders, possibly Jules Cluzel (who rides a Suzuki GSX-R1000 in World SBK), he's pretty good. Actually, if I want to see a hard charger riding it, get Josh Brookes on it!

 Last time Suzuki tested they were right on the pace. Now with lots of pressure to race next year they seem way off the pace. Coincidence?

Suzuki looked good at previos test beause they had more than the 20litre limit. That seems to be the problem they are having....getting their bike to the finish line with only 20 litres. Also, for some unknown reason, they are developing their bike with their own electronics, instead of making it work with the standard ECU. Since they were starting from scratch they should build the bike around that,IMO, instead of having to make their bike adapt after the fact. But the real culprit is the fuel. We would have more factories in moto gp with a 24 litre tank all around.
