Ducatis

within the space of 5 mins last night. two Ducati owners in the pub told me they had both broken down!:shock::shock:

ones a 20 year old 996, fair enough.

the other is a brand new multistrada.

both electrical problems.:blink:

Still not good enough Ducati?

Apparantly

sky hook on the Ducati sets itself up when you start the engine. But Ducati have assumed you'll start the engine whilst sat on the bike, so start it on the side stand and it takes its settings from there. lean the bike over from that and it'll assume you've crashed and shut the bike down!

....Kin computers. get it right before you sell it!:mad::blink:

madness

I always start my bike before I get on it....  I had a 900ssie (injection) and absolutely loved it, once over the initial shock...... agricultural, you see  :biggrin: Much preferred it to my present zzr1200, that's just another jap 4. The duke had soul...

i agree!

and thats the problem with all these rider aids atm. they just haven't ironed out all the problems before they are getting sold.

this i believe is why honda haven't joined the club yet. you can bet that when the fireblade has the rider aids they will bloody work!

so ducatis. don't put any other tyre than pirreli's on , and don't start on the side stand! RUBBISH

(i really wanted a multistrada as well:mad::blink:)
