hayabusa brakes

Hi Have just bought a 53 plate busa - not happy with the brakes (had a thunderace before with s*it hot brakes). Common problem or do I need to be looking at the callipers? Bike is fitted fitted with standard disks and HEL braided hose. It did have wavy discs on but was advised to remove these as they be causing the problem - so would think it had matched pads fitted as well. Thanks Bikerman

Hi Many thanks for replying - have taken busa into dealers today as the calipers (front & rear) were both pitted. Hopefully having new ones fitted under warranty - will have to see what they are like once this has been done and pads worn in. Have seen some nice Brembo callipers and discs on the Aprilla street bike .....looked tasty! If problem not solved I will have to keep below the legal speed limit at all times!!! (haha...I dont think so yipppeeee!!).
