No, bike was written off, well I'd bought it new in 99 but it WAS mint....unlike me left foot now, still was very lucky and although am walking ok (ish) now 18 months after don't think i'll be running any marathons anytime soon...moral of this story...don't wear DM's even on the commute, ripped right through them.
