If you can't afford £15k for the BMW HP2 you could try about £10k for roughly the same bike. With exhaust, filter and fuelling mods its as powerful as its high-maintenance sister.

Mods: Bars/levers/grips, Bodywork, Engine tuning, Exhaust, Lightweight parts

R1200S > HP Sport

Just sold my R1200S for a deposit on the HP2 Sport. It had a full akrapovic titanium system, filter, sports pack etc - cost near £13K, which makes the HP2 sport seem quite reasonable. I love the R1200S, all that grunt, shaking and vibes makes it feel alive. With the Akrapovic system, it smooths out the power curve and gives a much better top-end rush. Even the noice is better than my Triumph Daytona. I will keep my fingers crossed that the HP Sport will be just more of the same - can't wait.
