Front wheel suspension

Hi to All,I found this site by accident, my good fortune.I am trying to get some clarification before upgrading my F and R suspension, basic stuff at this stage.The bike R1200R 2012 with ESA, 14 Kilometres , nice even rear tyre wear ( low tide like), Harsh front tyre wear with trailing edge lip on tread groove.I am a light weight 64 Kilos without all the gear, no track work, pleasure riding with a little old age heart flutter.The concern :The front tyre wear is a concern, just how to rectify or eliminate.
