X-Games champ Jeremy Lusk dies after crash

Reigning X-Games champion Jeremy Lusk has died following a serious accident during an event in Costa Rica on Saturday. The 24 year-old freestyle motocross rider crashed his Yamaha YZ250 heavily after failing to fully rotate a flip. He was rushed into emergency surgery to drain blood that had collected around his brain, but died late last night.

Frenzied demand for Ducati’s Streetfighter has reached Siberia, with a customer phoning through an order to Ducati Glasgow. Boss Martin Rees says the regular customer is working abroad, but didn’t want to miss out on the firm’s gorgeous 1098-based naked. “He called up and put down a deposit on his credit card,” Rees told MCN.

The Ghost Rider team failed to sell the 1000 raffle tickets they needed to give away the Suzuki Hayabusa used in one of the Ghost Rider films.
