Yamaha is recalling a staggering 53,814 motorcycles to replace a potentially faulty rear shock absorber. Yamaha motorcycles for sale The recall affects the Yamaha TW200 (which wasn’t sold officially in the UK) built from 1987 to 2001. Just six complaints and one minor accident have prompted the huge recall, according to Yamaha.

Round-the-world record holder Nick Sanders is to continue leading a group of motorcyclists across Africa to Timbuktu despite terrorist threats which lead to the cancellation of the Paris-Dakar rally.
