You probably haven’t heard of him, but this is the outrageously talented Josh Elliott from Northern Ireland.

He’s only 15 and has been a front runner in the German Supersport Championship this year. With his birthday on 9th May, he actually started the season when he was 14!

Why Germany? Well he’s simply too young to be allowed to race here in the UK, although that could change next year when he turns 16.

He races under the Racedays banner on a Honda CBR600RR and is mentored by ex-MotoGP legend, Jeremy McWilliams.

He started out on Mini Motos when he was nine and had won five Irish titles by age 11 years.

He scored a pole position and a win in his first Aprilia Superteen race and that was soon followed by a move to the GP 125 class, where he became the youngest winner of a National race in Ireland at 14.

He was also the only Irish rider to achieve an entry for the Red Bull Rookies Moto GP Cup.

We saw him in action at the Racedays event in Almeria last week, he was lightning fast and scraping his elbows for fun on his CBR600RR.

He also got to test the FTR Moto2 bike and was on the pace straight away.

He said: “Moto 2 is now most certainly where I want to go and I know I have to keep working hard to eventually get there.

"It would mean the absolute world to line up on the Moto 2 grid one day."
