Valentino Rossi has returned to the track for the first time since his shoulder operation, and you can see how it went it this video showing the Italian legend on a Ducati 1198 Superbike.

Just 73 days after an operation on his right shoulder, Rossi was able to ride at the Misano circuit in Italy, and Ducati has released a video of the session. It's good news and a promising sign for the forthcoming MotoGP championship, as Rossi's opening press conference as a Factory Ducati rider was dominated by his concerns about recovery from the operation, which repaired serious tendon and ligament damage.
