New Althea Ducati colours

The Althea Racing Team unveiled the new livery of its 2011 bike during Termignoni Day at the exhaust company’s headquarters in the town of Predosa in northern Italy, according to www.worldsbk.com

Race fans and industry figures turned out to see team representative Moreno Coppola and Ducati Corse Superbike manager Ernesto Marinelli, take the wraps off the team’s Ducati 1198F.

The increased red of the 2011 livery comparared to last year’s colours , reflects the team’s de facto official status.

Carlos Checa will be the sole rider in the Italian team run by ceramics entrepreneur Genesio Bevilacqua, who was absent due to prior work commitments.
