Portimao WSB: Toseland fastest in first free practice

Yamaha’s James Toseland put the Yamaha’s handling woes behind him to post the first fastest time in Friday’s first WSB free practice at Portimao, Portugal.   

His team mate Crutchlow posted the ninth fastest time, with championship leader Leon Haslam on the Suzuki GSX-R1000 second,  Ten Kate Honda’s Jonathan Rea seventh and Leon Camier tenth fastest on the Aprilia V4.
