Chaz Davies is 12th in the opening practice for AMA Superbikes
US MotoGP: Davies 12th in opening AMA Supersport session

British rider Chaz Davies kicked off this weekend’s American GP by setting the 12th fastest time in the opening AMA Supersport championship practice session in Laguna Seca.
The Yamaha rider clocked a best time of 1.30.744 to finish 1.7s adrift of fastest rider Geoff May on his first appearance at the spectacular California circuit.
Roger Lee Hayden, who is riding a third Kawasaki ZX-RR in the MotoGP race, finished second fastest.
