Max Biaggi has today signed for Team Ducati Sterilgarda to ride in World Superbikes for 2008.
The veteran Italian rider, who was dropped by Alstare Suzuki after the 2007 season had been looking for rides in both the MotoGP and World Superbike paddocks.
But this announcement today (Wednesday) now secures the 250GP, 500GP, MotoGP and World Superbike race winner's future and avoids premature retirement.
