Valentino Rossi’s crew chief Jerry Burgess reckons he hasn’t been shocked by the incredible start to Jorge Lorenzo’s MotoGP career.
Burgess lavished praise on the Spaniard again after he won his first premier class race last weekend in Estoril and the Aussie said: “The result wasn’t unexpected and I thought he could have won even in Jerez.
“He’s been far too strong and too good not to be up front and in Estoril he rode fantastically.
“He’s never had a pole here and never won a race here so he really dished it out to everyone.
“It was an impressive ride by Jorge and I think Dani (Pedrosa) would be more upset than we are.”

Of course
Could Burgess say anything else? The guy has had a massively impressive start to the season! Lets see if Rossi can come back though... And I'm a little dissappointed in Ducati thus far - Stoner has really been nowhere since Qatar.
