TANDRAGEE, CO ARMAGH, SATURDAY

Michael Dunlop managed his first ever Ulster road racing treble at the 50th annual Tandragee 100 in Co Armagh on Saturday.

The weather was hot and so was the racing particularly in the 600 class where Dunlop snatched a last gasp win which relegated Ryan Farquhar who had led for almost the entire distance to third with Keith Amor second.

However, Amor and Farquhar had wins a piece in the Superbike class while Dunlop dominated the 125 and 250 races to complete his treble.

Despite the cold damp weather Tim Poole (Kawasaki) was Man of the Meeting at Darley Moor on Monday. In addition to his outings he also scored the best aggregate result in the F600 races from the Easter Monday meeting and today’s meeting to win the £250 prize in the Curtis Milner Trophy championship.
