MCN Fleet: 5000 miles and counting for Street 750

I’ve just taken the Harley-Davidson Street 750 to Sycamore Harley-Davidson where Trev, the technician, performed the 5000-mile regular service.

With a 31-point tick sheet to work through it was a thorough job, taking just over two hours and costing £240.

There was one minor concern, the discovery of a light misting of oil on the left hand side of the bike in the area of the rear cam tensioner and drive sprocket. Trev gave it a clean off prior to his 10-mile test ride, on return the area was dry. Of the half dozen Street 750s he’s serviced it’s the first he’s seen with this issue. I’ve been advised to keep a close eye on it and contact them immediately if it reoccurs.
