Bimota Tesi 3D: World first ride

MCN Senior Road Tester Michael Neeves has just become the first rider, other than Bimota personnel, to ride the third generation Bimota Tesi, the 3D.

“Just one example of this radical, hub-centre steered machine currently exists, and that is in the form of a pre-production development mule. I rode with Bimota’s test rider on the roads around the Italian firm’s factory in Rimini and , despite the roads being very slippery, I was still able to get a good feel for what this bike’s going to be like. It’s very nimble, very comfortable for a sports bike and undeniably swift. the biggest compliment you can give the hub-centre steering is that it feels and rides just like a conventional bike.
