40 years old, this must be the best of British motorcycle engineering. The Interstate model has the larger fuel tank and in my opinion, is the best looking configuration that Norton ever produced. This bike had a full engine rebuild before I bought her about 6 years ago (>£4k). The clock states 754 miles, so I would take that with a huge pinch of salt! That said, it probably has only done that mileage since the rebuild (by Norman White, Norton specialist). This is one of the best sounding bikes I have ever heard as it was built, pre-Brussels muppetry.
Masses of documentation and some spares included (exhaust system etc). I have just had the bike taxed and MOTd for a year so she is ready to go. Workshop manuals included and a Norton keyring :o). Prices are going up for these old bikes again, so a great investment opportunity.
About the seller
I have 2 young children now and this bike deserves a household without competition from children. I am advertising the bike elsewhere, including the Norton Owners Club of which I am a member.
